Just because I do lat pulls at 110lbs doesn't mean you can. You just about killed yourself on the lat pull machine. At least you had enough sense to not try to clear the stack (150 lbs) on the two-handed row.
And no matter how hard you try, you are never, ever going to be able to touch your left shoulder with your right foot, either from behind or in front, so don't try. You looked like you were about to cry when I was going through my stretches.
